About Us:

Since 1980, Hospice of the Golden Isles has provided expert, compassionate care for patients with advanced illness and their families in the five counties we serve – Glynn, McIntosh, Camden, Brantley, and Charlton and are based in Brunswick. In accordance with our mission as a non-profit hospice, we serve all eligible patients, regardless of age, sex, illness, religion, insurance, or ability to pay. From the day hospice care begins, we bring our award-winning services to you, wherever you are – at home, in a nursing facility, at a hospital, our Hospice House, or elsewhere. Our hospice care is delivered by a team of over 100 professionally trained, highly compassionate individuals, including physicians, nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, volunteers, chaplains, and bereavement counselors.
